Silly Songs Description

Summer Improv Description

Barrier-Free’s beloved summer class is back for ANOTHER round of acting fun! During the course of this 8-week class, participants will learn and engage in the basics of character-based improv and sketch comedy.

Engaging in improv acting promotes social skill development, risk-taking, and self-concept.

Power Up Description

This 8-week class will encourage individuals to practice various physical skills - coordination, balance, and nonverbal communication - through lots of fun activities and exercises. These activities will include anything from a football toss to hip-hop dancing - something to keep everyone engaged and excited!

Minimal to no prior exercise experience is necessary. The only requirements are an open mind and a positive attitude.

New participants are welcome to enroll! We offer a "no pressure" two-week trial period for all classes. Your two week trial would apply to the first two weeks of Silly Songs class.

Step 1: Fill out the online registration & select "check payment" to bypass payment.

Step 2: Attend the first two weeks of classes as a "test run."

Step 3: After the two weeks, let us know if you'd like to continue. We can then arrange online or check payment, depending on your preference.
